One of the characteristics of the web 2.0 is conversation. These conversations are held on different social levels on blogs, fora or social community sites like Twitter, Facebook, Friendfeed, …. Unlike a live diaologue, these conversations are being archived and become searchable. Tools like Technorati, Tweetscan, Del.icio.us, … give users the power to scan those conversations in order to learn from it.
